Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to our business, where we build apps and websites for individuals and businesses. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services We offer app and website development services tailored to your requirements. All details of the project, including functionality, timeline, and costs, will be outlined in a formal agreement before commencing the project.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of the project.

• Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made to initiate the project.

• Payment disputes after a project has successfully started will result in project cancellation, and only 30% of the total final cost will be refunded.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Once a project has been paid for and started, cancellations will only result in a refund of 30% of the total final cost, and the project will be abandoned as is.

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

5. Hosting

• By default, websites will be hosted on our advertised/preferred server/platform.

• If a customer requests hosting on their recommended or provided infrastructure, they agree to bear all risks, including breach, inadequacy of infrastructure (space, technology, subscription limitations), or service cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the developed app or website will transfer to the client, except for any third-party tools, plugins, or frameworks used.

• We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or failure of third-party tools or infrastructure.

8. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately.
