Returns / Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

• Projects canceled after payment and initiation will only accrue a refund of 30% of the total final cost.

• The project will be abandoned as is after cancellation.

2. Payment Disputes

• If a payment dispute arises after the project has successfully started, the project will be canceled, and only 30% of the total final cost will be refunded.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation or dispute resolution.

4. Hosting-Related Cancellations

• If the project is built on the customer’s recommended/provided infrastructure and issues arise due to breaches, inadequate infrastructure, or service cancellations, no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptions

• Refunds do not apply to completed projects.

• Custom agreements regarding cancellations and refunds must be documented in writing before project initiation.
